I'm Back!

I'm back, friends. It's been almost two months since I've written here and I've really missed it and all you sweet people {approximately six} who are always encouraging me in this little space.

Good news is, I PASSED MY CLASS.

Figured that deserved all caps.

At some point I'm going to sit down and write about the past eight weeks of school. It's a really huge God story that needs to be told, but as many times as I've sat down to write it, I couldn't find the words, so I'm going to leave you today with probably the best moment from these past eight weeks that I vanished from the blog.

One of the Monday's I had a test {read every Monday} I was beyond stressed. Getting Lincoln and I ready for school didn't go smoothly, we were late getting to his school, and by the time I had driven about ten minutes towards to school, I was in tears.

I had studied but I didn't feel prepared. My test average was below 80 {not passing}. I really didn't see how I was going to pass my class if it wasn't for God stepping in.

I was driving and when I looked up, there was a rainbow in the sky. Immediately tears started streaming down my face. Ladies, I'm talking ugly cry. And right there as I looked at that rainbow, I heard God say, "I'm going to take care of you."

For the rest of the drive I heard songs reaffirming what God told me. I must have heard three different songs that morning about how God was for me. I took my test but it was ridiculously hard. Later that day, I found out I passed it.

God keeps His promises.

So whatever you're facing this Monday, God is so much bigger. Whether it's a test, or finances, or marital issues, or whatever, God's in control. You're His child, and The Lord is for you.

Happy Monday, friends!

{This little cutie and I are headed to Tampa today to see some of our favorites! Keep up with us on Instagram @carefuss!}

  2. Congratulations on passing. That must be a huge relief. God Bless.

  3. I am new to your blog but great job on passing.

  4. Congratulations! And thanks for sharing the lovely reminder & encouragement with us. God is such an excellent caretaker. :)

  5. Yay! Congrats on passing your class! :) As a former nursing student, now nurse and grad student, I can relate to the anxiety and difficulties that go along with passing a course. I love when God steps in and intervenes in a way in which there is no other explanation except his goodness.

  6. congrats on passing! that's awesome!
